Alfa Chemistry Released Ion Sensor Materials for Analytical and Chromatography Applications
In a recent statement this month, Alfa Chemistry announced that company is starting to provide a wide range of ion sensor materials that could be used for analytical and chromatography applications. With all the previously released products added together, now Alfa Chemistry supplies a comprehensive collection of analytical chemistry reagents and it continues to expand the product line so as to meet the growing demand coming from new analytical testing scenarios.
“Using ion selective electrode to convert the amount of ion to output signal, ion sensors have been widely used in the environmental sanitation field of factory drainage automatic measurement and river water monitoring, or for automatic monitoring of factory production solutions, laboratory daily analysis and other purposes,” commented a spokesperson from Alfa Chemistry.
The types of ion sensor materials that are now readily available at Alfa Chemistry include: additives, buffers, ion standard solutions, ionophores potentiometric, plasticizer, polymers, silanizing agents, solvents for ISE preparations, electrochemical substrates, electrolytes, ionic strength adjustor solutions (ISA), ionophore cocktails, etc.
“Researchers can easily find the materials they need on our website by just simply searching for keywords such as product name and CAS number,” added the spokesperson.
Just to name a few here: Sodium tetra(p-tolyl)borate (CAS: 15738-23-5), Potassium tetrakis[3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]borate (CAS: 105560-52-9), Tetraheptylammonium tetraphenylborate (CAS:22560-28-7), Potassium tetrakis(4-tert-butylphenyl)borate (CAS: 401818-78-8), etc.
Just to name a few here: Calcium Ionophore IV - Cocktail for membranes (ISM6701), Hydrogen ionophore I - cocktail A (ISM6702), Chloride-selective liquid ion-exchanger microelectrode cocktail A (ISM6704), Potassium ionophore I - cocktail A (ISM6706), Hydrogen ionophore II - cocktail A (ISM6709), Ammonium ionophore I - cocktail A (ISM6713), etc.
Ion Standard Solutions for ISE
Just to name a few here: Calcium ion solution for ISE (CAS: 10043-52-4), Ammonium ion solution for ISE (CAS: 12125-02-9), Activity standard solution for fluoride electrode (100 ppm as fluoride), etc.
Polymers for ISE
Just to name a few here: Poly(vinyl chloride-co-vinyl acetate-co-vinyl alcohol) (CAS: 25086-48-0), Poly(vinyl chloride) carboxylated (CAS: 25702-80-1), Cellulose triacetate (CAS: 9012-09-3), Polyaniline (emeraldine salt), etc.
All analytical reagents at Alfa Chemistry are being manufactured and QC tested in compliance with the world-class quality standards issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The performance, reliability, and consistency of these reference chemicals are of top quality.
