Hydrolases Products Line Has Been Updated By Scientists in Creative Enzymes
SHIRLEY, NY - Oct 21, 2016 - October 20, 2016, experienced scientists in Creative Enzymes introduced a part of newly-updated products belonging to hydrolases products, which symbolized the beginning of developing hydrolases products in Creative Enzymes. These products include β-Amylase, chitosanase and naringinase.
keeping our product line alive is our main duty and preference, in order to offer the most high-quality products for customers. And this should be only the beginning for us to start developing hydrolases products. said Dr. Herbe.
β-Amylase
In order to offer some products that can be used to hydrolyzeα-(1,4) glucan linkages, scientists in Creative Enzymes developedβ-Amylase, which has advantages for polymerizating very rapidly through the sulfhydryl groups, in spite of the absence of reducing agents. There are three kinds of products included in this category, including β-Amylase from Bacillus cereus, recombinant, native sweet potato β-Amylase and native barley β-Amylase.
Chitosanase
As the most important substance in the endohydrolysis of βlinkages between N-acetyl-D-glucosamine and D-glucosamine residues in partially deacetylated chitosan, chitosanase can act as a catalyst. Whats more, since it is extracted from streptomyces griseus, it is designed to hydrolyze both chitosan and carboxymethyl cellulose. Additionally, it is also used for the lysis of cell walls of fungi, which are belonging to the group Mucorales.
Naringinase
Naringinase is also called as a thermostable Alpha-L-Rhamnosidase, which can be used as a catalyst for the cleavage of the bond between terminal-rhamnose and the aglycone of rhamnose-containing glycosides. Whats more, naringinase can be very active on naringin, as well as have substantial activity with hesperidin as substrate. There are four newly-developed products belonging to this kind, includingα-rhamnosidase 78A from streptomyces avermitilis, recombinant, native penicillium sp. α-Rhamnosidase, α-Rhamnosidase from prokaryote, Recombinant and native thermomicrobia sp. Naringinase (Rhamnosidase A).
These newly-developed products inject new blood for the hydrolyses product line in Creative Enzymes. This is not the ending of this category, but the beginning.
