Watson-Marlow introduces DriveSure® OEM pump solution at ACHEMA 2024
Falmouth UK, 14th May 2024 / Sciad Newswire / Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions (WMFTS) will showcase its recently launched DriveSure® panel mount pumps along with other products for life sciences companies at ACHEMA 2024 in Germany (June 10-14).
Visitors to Booth C48 in Hall 3.1 at Messe Frankfurt GmbH will learn how the cool, quiet and compact design with precise performance makes DriveSure suitable for the demands of laboratories, cleanrooms, hospitals and process environments.
DriveSure, which has been advanced with the latest technology, enables original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to reduce time-to-market and achieve competitive gain by simplifying every step of the process. DriveSure integrates motor, mounting and in-house closed-loop control technology to reduce development times and risks for OEMs in sourcing their own motor/mounting solutions.
Robin Proctor, Product Manager – Panel Mount Pumps at WMFTS, said: “Performance and capability of our DriveSure panel mount pumps has been advanced with our latest technology. Visitors to the Watson-Marlow booth at ACHEMA can discover how DriveSure is now easier than ever for OEMs to test, integrate and install. End-users of systems incorporating DriveSure pumps can expect precise process control.”
WMFTS, a manufacturer of peristaltic pumps and associated fluid path technologies (tubing, connectors, gaskets and hoses) for high purity and single use applications, will display another recently launched product at ACHEMA 2024: WMArchitectTM single-use solutions.
Visitors to the booth can discover how WMArchitect reduces risk, ensures quality and improves delivery times for biopharmaceutical companies. The new flexible, single-use solutions range has been developed by building on years of experience including the predecessor brands of puresu® and asepticsu®, and is designed to streamline a biopharmaceutical company’s process, safeguard its product and reduce its regulatory burden.
Also on display at the Watson-Marlow booth will be:
- Watson-Marlow 530 cased peristaltic pump, which has a gentle action that is ideal for pharmaceutical applications. The superior flow stability of Watson-Marlow cased pumps provides accurate and repeatable process control.
- Certa Plus process pump, which provides sustainable, high quality, versatile fluid management for the pharmaceutical industry. The innovative Sine® principle offers low shear, EHEDG Type El Aseptic Class I certification, low power consumption and full traceability for pharmaceutical production and delicate filtration processes such as tangential flow filtration (TFF).
- Flexicon PF7+, a benchtop peristaltic dispensing pump developed for accurate and reliable manual filling of sensitive fluids in GMP production and cleanroom environments.
- Flexicon FPC60, fully automatic fill/finish system, which reduces the risk of contamination and has enabled companies to smoothly scale up their production.
- Watson-Marlow Tubing and ASEPCO® valves. Validated Watson-Marlow Tubing delivers accurate, repeatable and long-term pumping performance. ASEPCO valves are designed for use in the most demanding high-purity fluid streams in bioprocessing applications.
Visit booth C48 in Hall 3.1 to discover more about WMFTS’s new fluid path technologies, with demonstrations available for products such as DriveSure, and see how the company supports the advancement of life sciences processes from end to end.
