LIQUID STABLE & MULTI-ANALYTE CLINICAL REFERENCE MATERIALS FOR ELECTROLYTE TESTING AVAILABLE FROM VERICHEM
VERICHEM LABORATORIES now offers an extensive line of liquid stable and ready-to-use kits of clinical reference materialsintended for the calibration verification of electrolyte assays on a number of automated testing systems. Certain to address the needs of a wide variety of medical laboratory professionals, the materials are expressly designed to be treated as patient systems for use with systems employing either direct or indirect ISE, flame photometer, or standard enzymatic/colorimetric testing methodologies
Verichem’s multi-analyte/level Electrolyte Standard Kit contains the analytes Chloride, Ionized Calcium, Lithium, Potassium, and Sodium and features a twenty-one (21) month stability claim; the ISE Standard Kit contains Chloride, Lithium, Potassium, and Sodium and offers an eighteen (18) month stability claim; while the Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Standard Kit and stand-alone CO2 Standard – Level F both offer fifteen (15) month product stability claims. All products are free of azides, glycols, surfactants, and other potentially interfering substances for maximum electrode protection, and feature NIST/ACS verified and traceable concentration levels. The material’s unique matrix formulations, set point designs, and equidistant target concentrations meet the current CLIA requirements for verification materials with known values for the determination of a clinical system’s accuracy, sensitivity, linearity, and reportable range. Plus, both kits are filled within in easy-to-use, translucent polyethylene dropper vials and are ergonomically packaged as a five-level set, with fifteen milliliters (15.0 mL) of material at each level and shipped with a Certificate of Analysis.
For almost four decades, VERICHEM LABORATORIES has served the clinical laboratory testing and in-vitro diagnostic R&D and Manufacturing markets with a comprehensive line of clinical reference materials, calibration verification products, chemistry standards, linearity confirmation materials, and support services ΜΆ including FREE online data reduction and comprehensive test reports for full CLIA compliance.
