Global CRO to Showcase Respiratory Expertise at

2022 ATS International Conference

WHAT:             Rho, a global full-service contract research organization (CRO), will showcase its expertise in pulmonary and respiratory related illnesses with attendees during the 2022 American Thoracic Society (ATS) International Conference, taking place at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, May 13-18.

Rho experts will be at booth #2203 to share their knowledge of the latest advances in the rapidly evolving field of pulmonary medicine, some of which include asthma, COPD and cystic fibrosis. They will be available for one-on-one interviews during the conference with those interested in learning more about Rho’s industry developments.

Based on Rho’s 25 years of NIH asthma research, that helped support the development of a cost-effective, patient-tailored asthma program, the global CRO recently conducted clinical trials for the Community Healthcare for Asthma Management and Prevention of Symptoms or “CHAMPS” project, funded by The Merck Childhood Asthma Network, Inc. and coordinated by researchers at George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health. The successfulness of the program has led to the implementation of this customized care in other US healthcare practices.

Rho has also conducted both pulmonary and gastrointestinal outcomes through inpatient and outpatient studies and has a comprehensive understanding of both the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Therapeutics Development Network (CFF TDN) and the European Cystic Fibrosis Society (ECFS) Clinical Trials Network and their protocol assessment and feasibility processes.

Following study start-up for a Phase III cystic fibrosis study, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Therapeutics Development Network conducted a survey that found 100% of participating clinical sites ranked Rho as good or excellent. Rho also scored higher than the CFF TDN average.
