Quanterix Offers Lab Access to Simoa Protein Analyzer

December 16, 2014 | Quanterix today announced the opening of a Simoa Accelerator in Lexington, Mass., where scientists and can rent access to the company's high-throughput Simoa instruments for protein analysis. The Simoa HD-1 Analyzer automates ELISA-style protein assays, using a flow cell system to digitally scan microbeads carrying single protein molecules, to more precisely quantify proteins of interest in very small concentrations. The Simoa Accelerator will admit scientists in person, to run or design assays on Simoa machines, or accept samples for analysis by mail.
