DREAM Project Crowdsources Cell Line Sensitivity

June 5, 2014 | The DREAM Project published the results of their cancer cell line drug sensitivity challenge in the June 1 issue of Nature Biotechnology. The winning algorithm--one of 44 submitted--was 78% accurate in identifying sensitive vs resistant cell lines. The DREAM Project hosts open challenges that bring biotech problems to the crowd.
