More Big Pharma Shakeup: Novartis, GSK Trade Assets

April 22, 2014 | Novartis and GlaxoSmithKline announced this morning that they two big pharma are trading over $20 billion worth of assets in an attempt to strengthen their best businesses. Novartis will acquire GSK's cancer drugs; GSK will take Novartis' vaccines business. Reuters
