February 21, 2014 | BGI Tech, part of BGI, is planning a $400 million initial public offering Bloomberg News is reporting. The IPO will take place in Hong Kong, and the group will do some restructuring first. A final decision hasn't been made yet on which assets will be included in the IPO. Bloomberg News
