Ingenuity to be Rebranded QIAGEN

January 15, 2014 | Nine months ago QIAGEN acquired Ingenuity Systems (see, Independent Ingenuity). Ingenuity has since been trading under the name QIAGEN Redwood City, but QIAGEN has announced that the company will now be branded as such as well. "As part of our integration plan, Ingenuity Systems has been rebranded as QIAGEN," the company said in a newsletter sent today. "This official change marks a major milestone for Ingenuity and emphasizes our reputation for providing superior solutions while expanding our global capabilities by being part of the innovative Life Science and Diagnostic enterprise of QIAGEN," the newsletter continued. The Ingenuity products--Igenuity Pathway Analysis and Ingenuity Variant Analysis--remain unchanged.
