New York Genome Center Inks Lease on 6th Avenue

July 20, 2012 | The New York Genome Center has completed a deal to take 150,000 square feet at 101 Avenue of the Americas, according to sources. The landlord of the property, Edward Minskoff, is investing millions of dollars to renovate the building.
