Price Wars for Cancer Drugs

April 2, 2012 | Part of the drug discovery challenge is price and the "pricing crisis" is reaching new heights in terms of cancer medicines. Many patients don't have access to drugs that could help because of price limitations. Last month, India issued a compulsory license allowing a local generic firm to produce and sell a Bayer drug cheaply. Other "showdowns" are expected to follow. Reuters
