Roche Again Raises Illumina Bid

March 30, 2012 | Roche raised its bid for Illumina yesterday, offering $51 per share, valuing the company at more than $6 billion. Illumina continued to urge shareholders to defer action at this time. Illumina's annual shareholders meeting is scheduled for April 18. New York Times Dealbook
